Submit an Interesting Retina Case

Please follow the steps detailed below to submit an interesting retina case to RetinaDx. Submitting a case does not guarantee that the case will be included in RetinaDx.

How to submit a case

1. Download the PowerPoint case template.
2. Save the case template to your desktop.
3. Open the case template on your desktop.
4. Enter the case history, exam, photos, diagnosis, and teaching points into the corresponding PowerPoint slide.
5. Save the case template to your desktop, using a case-descriptive name.
6. Send the file to RetinaDx.
7. On the You Send It screen, please provide the information listed below. This information must be provided before the case will be considered.

   Enter message: Provide your name, affiliation, address, and telephone number
