Case 42 History

  • 16-year-old girl has noted abnormal skin lesions on lateral neck for one year
  • Lesions have a “plucked chicken” appearance. A dermatologist biopsied her skin and referred her to the ophthalmologist for further evaluation.
  • No visual complaints
  • Past medical/ocular history unremarkable
  • Medications: none
