Case 32 History

  • 48-year-old man with 6-year history of progressive polyneuropathy presents with metamorphopsia OD and blurred vision OU
  • Recent onset of ascites/hepatosplenomegaly, hypothyroidism, hypogonadism, monoclonal gammopathy, and tight facial skin
  • No recent eye surgeries
  • No history of diabetes
