  • 81-year-old woman reports decreased vision OD for four months
  • 1 year of “white out” episodes OD of progressing duration and frequency
  • History of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, peripheral vascular disease, and central retinal vein occlusion OS
  • No scalp tenderness, jaw claudication, or headache
