Early choroideremia

Differential Diagnosis

  • Retinitis pigmentosa: not usually associated with choroidal atrophy
  • Gyrate atrophy: usually presents with a generalized hyperpigmentation of retinal pigment epithelium
  • Albinism: iris transillumination with blond fundus
