  • 65-year-old woman with a one-month history of a blind spot in the left eye
  • The scotoma developed relatively suddenly
  • She has a history of primary open-angle glaucoma treated with latanoprost (Xaltan®) in both eyes for 9 years
  • Past medical history is significant for hypertension
