  • 87-year-old male referred for evaluation of subretinal lesions found after a routine ophthalmology exam. He denies any changes in visual acuity, floaters, or flashes.
  • Past ocular history: cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens placement OU, dry age-related macular degeneration, dry eye syndrome
