  • Ocular motility, adnexa, pupillary reflexes, intraocular pressures, and anterior segments all within normal limits
  • Dilated fundus exam reveals subretinal fluid temporal to optic nerve head extending to the macula and several peripapillary subretinal dot hemorrhages OS
