Graduate Students

Graduate students work in a collaborative environment and are mentored by some of the top vision scientists in the country.  Graduate students performing vision research at the Kellogg Eye Center come from a variety of degree-granting programs at the University of Michigan. As part of the University of Michigan Medical School, they have many opportunities to interact with the larger scientific community and its extensive resources.

Other special programs include the Vision Research Training Program, our weekly Vision Seminar Series, and monthly meetings of the Kellogians, where trainees present research to one another.
