If you have questions that we have not addressed, we encourage you to call and speak with one of our nurses or with your ophthalmologist.
A nurse from the UM Kellogg Eye Center Outpatient Surgery Unit will call you one week before surgery to review your medications and health history. If you have any other questions prior to surgery, please contact one of our nurses at 734-763-7247 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. If a nurse is not available to take your call, please leave a message and someone will call you back as soon as possible.
If you must cancel your surgery, please let your surgeon know as soon as possible. If it is later than 5 p.m. the day before surgery, please call the Outpatient Surgery Unit at 734-936-9316 and leave a message.
