In March 2010 the highly anticipated expansion of the
W.K. Kellogg Eye Center will open its doors
This state-of-the art facility will enable the Eye Center to achieve new levels of excellence in vision research, education, and patient care. The building will be the site of expanded research initiatives aimed at diseases like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and diabetes-related eye disease. It will be equipped with cutting-edge technology to enhance patient care as well as training for residents, fellows, and medical students. And the new building will help us achieve our foremost goal: improving the lives of our patients who come to us for the most advanced eye care available anywhere.
Dedication of the Eye Center Expansion and the Brehm Diabetes Center will take place April 23, 2010. Watch this space for details on the celebration of a new facility “Dedicated to Discovery.”
