Eye Plastic, Orbital and Facial Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship
Program Description
This is a two-year fellowship. Fellows on this service will gain extensive experience in the clinic evaluation, surgical management, pre- and postoperative care, and management of complications of patients with problems falling within the area of eye plastic, orbital and facial cosmetic surgery. Experience in Mohs surgery, otolaryngology, neurosurgery, general plastic and craniofacial surgery, pathology, prosthetics, orbital dissection, ultrasound, and orbital radiology will be acquired. It is expected that the fellow will pursue and complete at least one research project during the fellowship period and will participate in resident teaching. This fellowship fulfills the requirements of and has been approved by the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
